BLUEBERRY SLUMP 
1 qt. blueberries
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix together first four ingredients and pour into buttered 9" square baking dish. Cream sugar, butter and salt. Add egg and mix well. Add flour with baking powder alternately with milk. Pour combined mixture over blueberries. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
