HAWAIIAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c.coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can of crushed pineapple, do not drain

Stir all the ingredients in a bowl. Do not use a mixer. Bake in a 13x9 pan, greased and floured, at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool and spread with the following topping:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 sm. carton Cool Whip
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat well. Refrigerate.
