FAJITAS 
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. whole thyme
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. whole oregano
2 tbsp. minced dried onion
1/2 c. water
2 lb. skirt steak
Flour tortillas

Thinly slice steak. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour or spoon over steak in a shallow container. Place in refrigerator, covered, for about 6-8 hours, turning every few hours. Grill about 10 minutes. Serve with flour tortillas and condiments such as: Sour cream, black olives, Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, picante sauce and lettuce.
