FAJITAS 
1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. grated onion or onion juice
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. ground cloves
2 lbs. flank steak, scored with knife
1 white onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced and seeded

Mix first nine ingredients for marinade. Marinate flank steak for about 8 hours, turning occasionally. Grill to desired doneness. Save marinade to fry white onions and peppers. Serve Fajitas with warmed flour tortillas, sour cream, fried onions, and pepper, grated Cheddar cheese, salsa, and guacamole.
