PICKLED EGGS 
Juice from 1 lb. can of beets
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
6 whole cloves
1 stick cinnamon
Hard-boiled eggs, # desired

In saucepan add juice and everything but beets and eggs. Slowly boil, stirring a few times and boil for 10 minutes. Remove cloves and cinnamon. Pour hot mixture over the eggs. Put beets on top. The longer the eggs set the more pickled they will get.
