PICKLED EGGS | |
1 2/3 c. red beet juice with salt 1/4 c. sugar 2 1/2 tbsp. vinegar Hard boiled eggs, peeled (about 8) Mix juice, sugar and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Remove and cool. Soak eggs in juice 12 to 24 hours. Remove from juice and serve. Delicious anytime. |
