PICKLED EGGS AND BEETS 
2 c. water or beet juice
2 2/3 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tsp. salt

Heat to boiling. Place enough boiled, peeled eggs and cooked beets in a glass gallon jar to fill 2/3 of the jar.

Pour hot mixture over them. When mixture cools refrigerate and let set for a day.
