SPINACH RAISIN SALAD 
1 bunch fresh spinach
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3/4 c. natural raisins
6 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 red onion, slice
Parmesan dressing

Wash and tear spinach into bite-size pieces. In large salad bowl, combine spinach, mushrooms, raisins, bacon and onion. Just before serving, toss with Parmesan Dressing. Serves 4-6.
