FROZEN ORANGE SALAD 
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained

Finely crush crackers. Add melted butter and sugar. Press firmly into 9 x 13 inch pan. Save some crumbs to sprinkle on top. Blend juice and Eagle Brand milk. Stir in Cool Whip and oranges. Fold mixture in; do not beat. Pour mixture over crumbs and sprinkle top with crumbs. Freeze until ready to serve.
