FROZEN PINEAPPLE APRICOT SALAD 
1 lg. can frozen orange juice
1 lg. can water
1 sm. can apricots, mashed
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. lemon juice
6 bananas, mashed
2 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients together and freeze in muffin tins. Excellent to keep on hand for the summer months. Makes 30 servings.
