PINEAPPLE - APRICOT SALAD 
1 c. hot tap water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (not drained)
1 lg. pkg. apricot Jell-O
1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 env. Dream Whip
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix the pineapple and Jell-O with 1 cup hot water in a saucepan over low heat. Let cool. Blend the cream cheese with low speed of mixer. Refrigerate until partially set. Beat Dream Whip until it peaks, then fold into Jell-O mixture. Add celery and nuts; refrigerate.
