PINEAPPLE AND APRICOT SALAD 
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 can apricot halves
1 box vanilla pudding
1 pkg. Knox gelatin

Cook pudding in 2 cups fruit juice, drained from canned fruit. Add Knox gelatin soaked in 1/4 cup fruit juice. Spread fruit in pan and pour pudding mixture on top. Put in the refrigerator.
