APRICOT PUDDING SALAD | |
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding 1 can apricot halves 1 can mandarin oranges 16 oz. can pineapple tidbits 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 c. pecans, chopped Drain the fruits, reserve the juice. Mix 1 1/2 cups juice with pudding, cook until it boils and gets clear. Let it cool awhile. Add the fruit and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Add nuts before serving. |
