1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
2 1/2 c. diced apples (red)
2/3 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
30 miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. Dream Whip
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Beat eggs. Cook pineapple juice, egg yolks, and sugar until it thickens. Cool. Fold in mayonnaise and orange juice. Put fruit and nuts in pan. Blend in sauce. Fold in whipped cream. Freeze.
