FROZEN CHERRY SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can dark cherries
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Drain fruit. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Blend in sour cream, sugar and salt. Fold in fruit, marshmallows and pecans. Freeze and cut in squares to serve.

You can use paper baking cups placed in muffin tins. When frozen, take out of tins and put in plastic bags in the freezer.
