AMISH LEMON BARS 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter

Cream together and press in a 9 x 9 inch square pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

Beat together:

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour

Pour on crust and bake 20 minutes more at 350 degrees (until set). Sprinkle with powdered sugar after baking. Cut into squares while still warm.
