QUICK 'N EASY GREENS 
1 bunch chard
1 bunch spinach
1/2 bunch collard greens
1 lg. yellow onion, chopped
3 cubes chicken bouillon
Red wine vinegar (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
2 c. water

Wash and rinse greens. Place bouillon in water. Add onion and salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; add greens and vinegar. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. (You can add butter, but good health precludes this.)
