MY MOM'S MEATLOAF | |
2 lbs. ground beef 1 lb. ground pork 1/4 c. grated onion 1/2 c. horseradish 2 eggs 1 c. cracker crumbs 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Mix and pack into well-greased loaf pan. Cover top with catsup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
