1 c. chopped onions
Olive oil
Pepper & garlic to taste
1/2 - 1 c. can mushrooms
1/4 c. dry vermouth

Saute the onions in low fat oil (olive oil). Add pepper and garlic to taste. Add mushrooms and vermouth. Saute all gently. Great with steak and baked potatoes.
