FRESH CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 qt. or 1 lb. cranberries, ground
2 1/2 c. sugar (slight)
3 c. boiling water
3 sm. pkgs. raspberry Jello
1 pkg. Knox plain gelatin
Rind of 1 orange, grated
Juice of 3 oranges, about 1 1/4 c.
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Grind cranberries, pour sugar over them and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Add boiling water to Jello and Knox gelatin. Stir well to dissolve. Add cranberries and sugar; stir well. Then add all other ingredients. Keeps well. Serves 18 to 20.
