CRANBERRY JELLO SALAD 
2 c. fresh cranberries
1 1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. cherry Jello
1/2 c. chopped apple
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Cook cranberries in water. Boil until cranberries crack. Add sugar and cook 5 minutes. Add Jello. Cool to room temperature and add apple, celery and nuts. Refrigerate. Note: Buy cranberries in fall and freeze for later use. They are hard to find later.
