DATE NUT LOAF 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1 c. finely chopped pitted dates
1/2 c. raisins

Stir together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar. Measure Kellogg's All-Bran cereal and milk into large bowl. Stir to combine. Let stand about 2 minutes or until cereal is softened. Add eggs and oil. Beat well. Stir in nuts, dates and raisins.

Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Spread in greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before slicing.
