HUMMUS 
1 can garbanzo beans
1/4 c. Tahina
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. garlic
Salt
Parsley and paprika as a garnish

Drain the liquid from the beans and place them in the food processor. Add the Tahina, juice, and garlic. Process for a few minutes until smooth. Add salt to taste. Serve on a flat plate. Pour on one tablespoon of olive oil. Garnish with parsley and paprika. Cut up several loaves of pita bread to dip in the hummus.
