MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 can cream of mushroom soup, diluted with 1 cup milk
1 sm. can green chilies, chopped
1 tbsp. onion flakes or 1/3 fresh onion
1 pkg. (12) tortillas, cut in 1" squares
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese

Mix all the ingredients, except tortillas. Place in 2 layers in 2 quart baking dish, alternating mixture and tortillas, ending with tortillas on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
