MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 sm. can evaporated milk 1 sm. can tomato sauce 1 can Old El Paso green chilies (mild) 1 sm. jar picante sauce (mild) 1 lg. bag tortilla chips (La Famous brand) Shredded Cheddar cheese Add all ingredients, except cheese and chips, to meat. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes. Layer in large casserole chips, meat, then cheese. Make 2 layers. Bake in moderate oven 30 minutes or until cheese has melted. Makes a large casserole. |
