MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning
4 oz. green chilies, chopped
1 can tomatoes
8 oz. sour cream
1-2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2-1 c. cheddar cheese
1 bag tortilla chips

Brown meat in skillet along with onion; drain well. Add taco seasoning mix, green chilies and tomatoes. Bring that to a boil, turn heat down and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Layer chips on bottom of 9" casserole dish. Pour meat over chips. Add Mozzarella cheese and spread sour cream over that. Layer with chips and top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
