MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. grated cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 can enchilada sauce (mild)
1 chopped onion
2 cans green chilies, chopped
Salt, garlic salt, Doritos (Nacho cheese)

Brown meat and onions. Add garlic salt and regular salt (I also add a little Kitchen Bouquet). Heat sauce, soup, water and green chilies together. Add meat to sauce mixture. Grease casserole. Line with Doritos. Pour a layer of meat sauce over; then layer of grated cheese and layer of Doritos. Repeat, ending with layer of cheese. Cover and bake in oven for 1 hour.
