MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 sm. can diced green chilies
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Corn tortillas
Refried beans (optional)

In a large skillet, brown meat; drain grease. Add soups, chilies, enchilada sauce and beans. Mix together.

In a lightly greased casserole dish, put a layer of tortillas, the meat mixture, top with cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
