1 lg. pkg. chocolate Oreo cookies
8 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

Crush Oreos in "zip lock" bag, using a rolling pin. Place half of the Oreos in bottom of 9"x13" pan.

Mix together Cool Whip, cream cheese (softened), pudding and milk. Pour over cookie crumbs. Sprinkle rest of cookies on top. Refrigerate.
