1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 c. chopped nuts
1 container Cool Whip
Chocolate syrup

Crush Oreo cookies. Place in bottom of 9x12 inch dish. Spread thawed vanilla ice cream on top of cookies. Sprinkle nuts over ice cream. Spread Cool Whip over nuts. Drizzle chocolate syrup over top. Place in freezer and freeze. Thaw 30 minutes prior to serving.
