BAKED CHICKEN & RICE 
3/4 c. reg. rice, uncooked
1 can water
6 pieces of raw chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup

Mix together rice, soups and water. Put in buttered loaf pan. Lay raw chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle with salt, parsley flakes, 1 package dry onion soup mix. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours. "Do not peek."
