2-3 lb. stew beef
1/2 pkg. McCormick's beef stew seasoning
1 (12 oz.) can Coca Cola or Pepsi
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Arrange meat in a greased baking dish. Top with layer of seasoning, sprinkle mushrooms over top of that, then spread the mushroom soup (undiluted) over that. Pour soda over the entire beef mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Makes delicious brown gravy to serve over rice or noodles.
