OUTDOOR POTATO SALAD | |
1/2 lb. bacon, diced 1/3 c. chopped green pepper 6 c. cubed, cooked potatoes 1/3 c. chopped pimiento 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. mustard 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 3/4 c. chopped onion 1/8 tsp. pepper Cook bacon, onion and green pepper together until bacon is crisp. Drain. Add to remaining ingredients and toss lightly. Pour mixture onto a double thickness of heavy foil and wrap securely. Place foil package on a grill, over hot coals and cook 20 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Serves 6. |
