SWEET POTATO PIE 
2 1/4 c. sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cream together the first 8 ingredients and put in casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients and crumble on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
