“MATTY'S REAL, I MEAN REAL, BUFFALO WINGS” IS IN:

MATTY'S REAL, I MEAN REAL,
BUFFALO WINGS

You can make many different "Buffalo Wing" sauces, tailored to your tastes. Many people on here give just one recipe, but here in Buffalo, you can get your wings numerous ways.

chicken wings (cut at joint, discard tips)
FRANK'S® RedHot hot sauce
butter
Cattleman's barbecue sauce (for a spicy wing sauce)

SAUCE VARIATIONS:

 • HOT - For your standard hot sauce, combine 1 cup of FRANK'S® RedHot with 1/4 stick melted butter.
 • MEDIUM - For medium sauce, combine 1 cup FRANK'S® RedHot with 1 stick melted butter.
 • MILD - For mild sauce, combine 1 cup FRANK'S® RedHot with 1 1/2 sticks melted butter.
 • SPICY - For a spicy barbecue sauce, combine 1/2 cup FRANK'S® RedHot with 1 cup Cattleman's barbecue sauce.
 • SUICIDE - And of course there's suicide hot which is straight up FRANK'S® RedHot.

BUFFALO WINGS:

Fry the wings in hot oil until they are fully cooked and toss in the sauce. Be sure to just coat the wings in the sauce, they shouldn't be swimming in the sauce on your plate!

Serve with Bleu cheese, not Ranch dressing! We don't do Ranch in Buffalo!

NOTES:

Now maybe finally you can have authentic Buffalo wings. Don't try to dress up the sauce by adding garlic or basil or anything, just follow the recipe as is.

You may of course add more or less hot sauce and/or butter to match your taste.

Enjoy!
