SAUSAGE BREAD MADE EASY
1 med. to sm. onion, chopped fine
1/4 med. bell pepper, chopped fine
1/2 block Velveeta mild Mexican cheese
1/3 lb. pork sausage
Red or black pepper
1 loaf Bridgford ready made dough (with yeast)

Put loaf in bowl covered with towel and let rise for 6 to 8 hours. Saute onions, bell pepper, and sausage. Add pepper. Roll out dough to fit pan using flour to prevent dough from sticking. Slice cheese and put a layer down in middle of dough, then a layer of saute mixture, and then more cheese. Fold over ends of dough and place into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
