1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. sweet sausage
1 lb. hot sausage
1/4 tsp. parsley
1/8 tsp. basil
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 hard boiled eggs
2 pkg. pizza dough

Brown the meat in a large skillet. Drain fat. Add seasonings. Set aside.

Lightly oil 2 cookie sheets. Gently flatten each package of dough to fill the cookie sheets. Spread the meat over the dough. Layer cheese over the meat. Slice eggs and place in a row along the length of each tray. Begin rolling along this length. Pinch the ends and seam. Place seam side down. Brush with oil while cooking to brown. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes (until browned). Makes 2 loaves.
