BOULDER BEAN DIP 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 med. can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa (picante sauce)
1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
1 bag tortilla chips

Layer ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch pan as listed above, except chips. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and warm dip until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Serve with chips.
