TUNA BURGERS | |
Two 97 oz. cans tuna, flaked 1/2 c. finely chopped celery 1/3 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. minced onion 2 tbsp. chili sauce 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/4 c. seasoned, fine, dry breadcrumbs 2 tbsp. Mazola corn oil 4 rolls, split lengthwise Cole Slaw Stir together first 6 ingredients. Shape mixture into 4 patties. Coat with bread crumbs. In skillet heat corn oil over medium heat. Add patties and fry about 5 minutes, turning to brown both sides. Serve on rolls with your favorite cole slaw. Serves 4. |
