TUNA BURGER 
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. real mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten

Form into 4 patties. In skillet over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons butter. Brown patties about 5 minutes on each side and serve on rolls.
