BAKELESS FRUIT CAKE | |
1 box graham crackers 1 box vanilla wafers 1 box raisins 2 c. angel flake coconut 1 lb. marshmallows 1 to 4 c. pecans 1 1/2 c. sweet milk 1 c. sugar Roll crackers and wafers to crumbs. Grind raisins - chop pecans. Put 1 1/2 c. sweet milk and 1 cup sugar in double boiler and melt with marshmallows. Add to crumbs, raisins, coconut and pecans. Mix well and put in wax paper lined loaf pans - Press well, cover with waxed paper and place in refrigerator. Will keep indefinitely in refrigerator. |
