BEULAH'S ICE BOX FRUIT CAKE 
1 lg. box graham crackers
1 med. jar apple jellies, might need 1 or 1/2 jar more
1 or 2 c. nuts (pecans, black walnuts and English walnuts)
1/2 lb. candied cherries, chopped
1/2 lb. candied pineapple (1/4 lb. green and 1/4 lb. yellow), chopped
1 (15 oz.) box seedless raisins, light or dark
1/2 lb. dates and fig candles, chopped (optional)

Crumb graham crackers fine and set aside. After the fruit is cut. Use a large bowl to mix graham crackers, fruits and apple jellies up with hand. Mix well and shape in a loaf. Wrap and refrigerate. In two days in refrigerator will be mellow.

NOTE: You can use a pound cake for graham crackers and marshmallows for jellies. Can add more fruit and nuts.
