Mix in large bowl: 1 lb. broken pecan nuts 1 lb. chopped dates 1/2 lb. seedless raisins 8 oz. candied pineapple 8 oz. candied orange 8 oz. candied cherries 1 lb. glazed fruit 1 lb. crushed graham crackers 1/3 c. orange juice (more may be added if dry) Heat and stir over low heat: 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk 20 to 25 lg. marshmallows When marshmallows are melted, pour over dry ingredients. Mix well and mold into 4 rolls, sprinkle with coconut and wrap in wax paper. Keep refrigerated. Will keep a long time. To work into mold, use butter on your hands. |
