WON TON SOUP | |
1 pkg. wonton skins WONTON FILL: 1 lb. ground pork 1/3 c. water chestnuts, chopped half 2 green onion, chopped 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. white pepper 1/2 tsp. grated ginger 2 tsp. dry sherry 1 egg Mix all ingredients. Put 1 teaspoon mix into skins. Seal with egg and set aside. Boil a pan of water to cook wonton. When rolling boil, set wonton into pan to cook. When cooked, take out with slotted spoon and place wonton into chicken broth. Boil for a few minutes. Add sliced bok choy and cook a few minutes. |
