LOWFAT FRENCH TOAST | |
1 c. skim milk 1/2 c. 2nd Nature egg substitute 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 4-6 slices raisin bread Mix skim milk, egg substitute, vanilla and cinnamon in a medium-sized bowl. Soak pieces of raisin bread, one at a time, covering both sides. Place in a saucepan (sprayed with Pam) over a medium heat until brown. Enjoy! |
