BEST OVEN FRIED CHICKEN EVER 
2/3 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (3 lb.) fryer
3/4 c. buter, melted

Cut up chicken. Combine all ingredients except chicken and butter, in a paper bag. Dip chicken in butter, shake pieces of chicken, one at a time, in the Bisquick mixture. Place in 13x9x2 pan.

Drizzle remaining butter over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until tender. Makes 4 servings.

This is very good. I also added a sauce of fried mushrooms with 1/2 cup of Marsala wine and 1/2 cup chicken broth. Pour sauce over chicken before serving. I only used chicken breasts baked an hour with sauce on top.
