OVEN CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN 
1 c. coarsely crushed herb seasoned stuffing
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. milk
1 broiler fryer chicken (2 1/2 - 3 lbs.), cut up
6 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine stuffing, cheese and seasonings. Combine eggs and milk. Dip chicken in milk mixture. Coat with stuffing mixture. Place chicken in buttered 13"x9" baking dish; drizzle butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is tender. Makes 4 servings.
