BEEF STROGANOFF 
1-1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into strips
1 onion
1 can sliced mushrooms
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can tomato soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown meat and onions. Stir in mushrooms and tomato soup. About 5 minutes before serving, stir in sour cream. Don't allow to boil. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
