BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak cut in 3/4-inch cubes
Flour
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 c. sour cream
8-12 oz. noodles, cooked
6 oz. canned mushrooms or 1 c. fresh
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Dip meat cubes in flour; brown in oil. Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms, reserving liquid. To liquid add soup, sour cream, and seasonings. Add to meat and simmer until tender, about 1 hour. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti or noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serves 4-6.
