COUNTRY RIBS 
3 lb. country style pork ribs
1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
2 cans tomato soup
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 med. onion, diced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. honey
2 dashes Tabasco sauce

Brown ribs in oven until brown. Mix sauce ingredients together. Put ribs in cake pan. Pour off grease. Dip ribs in sauce and put back in pan. Pour remaining sauce over ribs. Bake 3 hours at 250 degrees. Pork chops can be used in place of ribs.
